What is included with each keepsake keyring?
Each Forever With You keyring includes a handcrafted design engraved with a unique QR code. When scanned with any smartphone, the code links to a private online tribute page — where you can display a eulogy, share memories, upload photos, and keep your loved one’s story alive.
Can I update the tribute page after it’s been created?
Yes, absolutely. If you’d like to make changes — whether it’s adding a new photo, correcting a detail in the eulogy, or uploading new memories — just get in touch with us. We’re here to help keep the page as meaningful and accurate as possible.
Is the tribute page private? Who can view it?
Yes — Forever With You tribute pages are private by default. Only people with access to the QR code (engraved on the keyring) or the direct web link can view the page. This allows families to share the memory on their own terms. However if you would like the page to be made public we can do that as well.
How long does it take to receive my keyring?
Once your tribute details are submitted, we aim to craft and dispatch your engraved keyring within 5–7 working days. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on its way. If you need your keepsake urgently, just let us know — we’ll always do our best to help.
